Demographics marketing – Tip to Improve Conversions
On the following post, I’m going to show you easy way to make demographics marketing research that will help you targeting your campaign.
Advertising to targeted potential customers will increase your CTR and conversion rate dramatically, and in most cases, this is the difference between losing money campaign and a successful campaign.
Today most advertising platforms suggest you at least to target according to gander and age. So how can I know the demographic profile of the potential buyer?
This is important question and there are free tools that can provide us the answer. One of the best tools is quantcast. You simply enter the site url, and quantcast return you the site demographic information.
Here is an example: for this example I picked earth4energy – a digital product from ClickBank that teach how to build solar panels. Now I want to check the demographic information of the site visitors (in order to build targeted campaign).
1 – Go to: http://www.quantcast.com
2 – Write the domain URL on search box and click View
3 – Click on “see demographic”
As you can see below, we can see clearly that we should target our ads to Male on age 35 and above:

* Quantcast give a lot of more information like: level of income, the percentages of visitors with college degree, and more that can help you to do better targeting on ads platforms like facebook and other social media networks.
